Carvell & Co. collects only the personal information reasonably necessary to communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, provide requested services and, when online ordering becomes available, process customer orders.

Email Mailing List and Mailchimp
Carvell & Co. uses Mailchimp, an Intuit company, to manage its email mailing list and send newsletters, product information, announcements and other communications.
When you voluntarily subscribe to our mailing list, information such as your name and email address may be transmitted to and processed by Mailchimp on our behalf. Mailchimp may also process technical information associated with your subscription and interaction with emails according to its own privacy practices.
Mailchimp subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. You may also contact Carvell & Co. directly and request removal from the mailing list.
